Arora, has been a leader in the manufacture of high-quality Polyurethane Insulated Rigid Foam Panels and Sheets. Located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Industrial Foam Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned Polyurethane (PU) System House specializing in Polyol/MDI, offering a wide range of products including PUF Panels, Cold Rooms, Walk-in Freezers, Insulated Doors, Prefabricated Houses, and more. The company needed to expand its infrastructure to support its growing operations, leading to the recent collaboration with Metal Tree.

How We Executed This Project

Metal Tree, a leading Pre-Engineered Steel Building Manufacturer and Turnkey Solution Provider based in India, was selected to execute this challenging project. The assignment involved constructing a G+1 Pre-Engineered Building with a provision for a second-floor expansion at the company’s Greater Noida location. The client required the project to be completed on time while utilizing the existing RCC footings from an older building structure. This approach was crucial to minimizing costs and reducing construction time, all while ensuring that Industrial Foam Pvt. Ltd. could continue its operations without significant disruptions.
